Can I switch between languages after enrolling?
Yes, Standard and Intensive plan students can switch or add a language track with advance notice to our academy staff, allowing scheduling adjustments for the new course.
Do you offer refunds if I stop attending classes?
Unused lessons within the current billing month can be credited toward future sessions. Refund requests are reviewed case by case and should be submitted before the next payment cycle begins.
